Yearly, lifetime, or team? Same features either way. Yearly is the individual plan; lifetime is for people who hate subscriptions — pay $49 once and never think about it again; Team covers up to 4 people with one shared key for $99, once.
Can I expense this? Yes — checkout issues a proper tax invoice/receipt (our merchant of record handles VAT and sales tax), and every plan is priced under typical corporate approval thresholds. Recruiters, EAs, and agency teams: this is built for you.
How does the license work? After checkout, our merchant of record emails you an order confirmation — click "Access purchase" in that email to open your order page, where your license key is shown (the key isn't written directly in the email itself). Copy it from there and paste it into the app on each browser or device you use — the same key works everywhere and never expires (subscription keys stop working only if you cancel). We never see your card details.
My browser doesn't show Pro — do I need to re-buy it? No — same key, never re-buy. This happens in three cases, and the fix is identical for all of them: (1) a different browser or device — browsers don't share storage, so activating in Safari doesn't show up in Arc or Chrome; (2) you cleared your browser's cookies/site data — that's exactly where the activation lives, so clearing it looks identical to switching browsers; (3) a factory reset or a new computer. In every case, just paste your license key again — it's free to reuse on as many of your own devices as you like. Lost the key entirely? Look it up here using the email you paid with — this works forever, even years later, so there's nothing to lose track of.
How do I cancel the Yearly plan? Use the customer portal to cancel anytime, or use the "Manage subscription" link in your receipt email. Lifetime and Team licenses are one-time purchases — there's nothing to cancel.
Does Pro work in the Chrome extension? Yes — the same license key unlocks Pro in the extension.
